About This Course

Red2Blue® develops mindset as a practical skill, helping professionals think clearly, stay focused and support their wellbeing under pressure.

Participants learn to recognise a reactive “Red” state and return to a focused “Blue” state. Red is a natural response that brings energy and useful information. The skill is to recognise it, accept it and choose how to respond.

Through workplace scenarios, role plays and practice, participants apply simple tools to meetings, difficult conversations, presentations and change. A shared language and coaching approach help teams sustain these skills beyond the programme.
