How do I submit articles for publication?

You can submit articles by writing directly to maggie@me-hrl.com and uzair@me-hrl.com.

Can you help me write my articles?

Yes, we offer an article support service. This is a paid provision, with costs depending on the level of writing support you require. Please contact Maggie or Uzair to discuss your specific needs.

How will I know if my article has been published?

Articles are typically published once or twice a week on the ME HR & Learning website. Once live, they are also shared across our LinkedIn page. Be sure to visit ME HR & Learning to stay updated.

Where can I access your magazines and newsletters?

Quarterly Magazine: Published four times a year, our magazine is available online as a flipbook. You can access our magazine archives directly on the site. If you wish to feature in the magazine, contact Maggie and Uzair (priority is given to Affiliate members).

Monthly Newsletter & Weekly Lighthouse Newsletter: Both of these publications are free of charge and exclusively available via our LinkedIn page, where you can subscribe directly.

What are the required image sizes for magazine or website submissions?

Magazine (Print Quality):

Files must be large and sharp (2–8 MB, 300 DPI for high resolution).

Portrait (tall): 2550 × 3300 px minimum.

Landscape (wide): 3300 × 2550 px minimum.

Square: 3000 × 3000 px minimum.

Website Articles (Standard Online Quality):

Featured image: 1920 × 1080 px (this dimension fills most screens without slowing site performance).

In-article images: Dimensions may differ from those of the featured image.

Resolution: 72 DPI.

File size: Between 250 KB and 500 KB for optimal loading speeds.

How often do you host events?

Can I sell my products and services online with you?

Yes, you can feature your offerings in our Shop with ME HR & Learning marketplace. To sell products online, you must hold an active membership, and we will agree on a fair revenue share based on the specific item category.

Awards & Recognition
How do the Annual Awards work, and how can I apply?

Our virtual Annual Awards celebrate industry excellence. Submissions open in September and close at the end of November. The winners are announced in December, and the awards are officially issued in January. You can visit our awards page to submit your entry.

What are the Wow (World of Work) Awards?

These awards are issued randomly to individuals recognized by the ME HR & Learning editorial team—or referred by the community—for making a special contribution to the HR & Learning space. We issue recognition certificates and feature the winners on our social media channels to inspire others.

How to nominate: Simply send us an email with the nominee’s name, email, and company, and we will handle the rest. Submissions are free and highly appreciated.
