About This Course

The Certificate in Contract Development, Negotiation & Management (CCDNM™) is an interactive, accredited program that leads delegates through the full end-to-end contracting process. It covers everything from establishing specific contract objectives and prioritizing them, through to effective cross-cultural negotiation and drafting.

Through a structured and highly interactive approach, the course covers both the technical and legal aspects of contract construction. It expands to incorporate cross-cultural contract considerations within both UNCITRAL and International Law, equipping participants with an understanding of the key legal principles that underpin contracts globally.

Participants will gain knowledge of complex agreements, learn to build flexibility into contracts, and incorporate the latest international legislative issues into their risk management process. This ensures delegates are fully equipped to construct effective contract clauses that protect their organizations against operational and legal risks.
