About Me

Marie-Louise Adlercreutz is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Innoverto, a Dubai-based training consultancy established in 2011. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in executive education, leadership development, and advisory services for corporations across the Middle East. She has built a strong and loyal client base for tailored in-house programs while also introducing internationally recognized courses, including The Board Diploma and the award-winning ACEA® for Executive Assistants. A Swedish national with a Master’s in Political Science, she previously lived and worked in the USA. Marie-Louise also advises OCO, a leading regional agency delivering high-profile activations for luxury brands and government entities.
