A transformative Learning and Knowledge Management leader with over 20 years of experience. I’m passionate about helping organisations and people grow through the power of learning and knowledge. By creating cultures of continuous learning, collaboration, knowledge and innovation, people and knowledge thrive unlocking creativity and performance. I design and embed frameworks that strengthen organisational capability, leadership development, and employee engagement. Having worked in the UK, Australia, and the UAE, I’ve seen how strategic learning systems and human-centred leadership can change the way organisations think, share, and evolve. • Created & taught a Knowledge & Information Literacy Curriculum for Emirati Senior High School students.

• Spearheaded the SMART Reading Tent initiative and Emirates Literature Festival participation, advancing DEWA’s role in public knowledge engagement and CSR.

• Pioneered DEWA’s global leadership in Knowledge and Innovation Management, achieving dual certification to ISO 30401:2018 and ISO 56002:2018 — the first utility in the world to do so

• Established Knowledge Management functions across three continents, building sustainable, learning-driven cultures in the UK, Australia, and the UAE.

• Created and led Accenture’s first Global Community of Practice for the Utilities Industry, connecting experts and accelerating knowledge sharing worldwide.
