2025 Was The Year That Shaped Us
Enthral.ai shares its journey from inception to success and world validation and visibility in 2025
As 2025 draws to a close, one feeling stands out above all others: gratitude—paired closely with pride.
This was a defining year for Enthral.ai. We moved faster, thought more deliberately, and delivered with greater clarity of purpose. Most importantly, we created skilling experiences that made a real, measurable difference for organizations and learners across the globe.
Before stepping fully into what comes next, it felt important to pause and reflect on the moments that made this year truly meaningful.
In brief: here’s what 2025 looked like for us.
When learning leaders took notice
Early in the year, we reached a milestone that still feels surreal: Enthral.ai was recognized with five Brandon Hall Technology Awards—two Gold and three Silver.
What made these wins special wasn’t the trophies themselves, but the partnerships behind them. We were recognized alongside organizations that believed in bold thinking and worked closely with us to bring it to life—Bank of Baroda, Tata Motors, WNS, Suzlon Energy, and a particularly meaningful recognition for Enthral.ai’s own AI-powered skilling platform.
These moments reaffirmed why we started building in the first place: to make learning faster, smarter, and far more aligned with how modern organizations actually operate.
Additional recognition from Brandon Hall Group, Training Industry, and ME-HR & Learning reinforced a deeper belief—we weren’t just building another platform, but contributing to how learning and talent conversations are evolving globally.
When the story reached the press
There’s a quiet confidence that comes when your work begins to speak for itself. In 2025, that confidence turned into visibility.
Enthral.ai featured across publications such as The Economic Times, Business Line, CXO Today, ETHR World, and CIO & Leader. The attention wasn’t driven by noise or hype—it came from consistent, meaningful work. And that validation mattered.
When AI became real work
This was also the year AI moved beyond theory and into action.
We doubled down on Agentic AI with the launch of our AI Agents—Skill Rangers—designed to address one of the toughest challenges organizations face: scaling skilling effectively. The focus wasn’t on trends, but on building systems that can act, assess, personalize, and scale learning outcomes in minutes rather than months.
Seeing Enthral.ai ranked ahead of several established players for AI capability in learning by Brandon Hall was a quiet but powerful affirmation. The work was doing what it was meant to do.
When our footprint expanded
2025 marked meaningful geographic growth. We entered new markets, deepened global conversations, and stayed rooted in a guiding principle that continues to shape us: From India, for the world.
Watching Enthral.ai being used across borders—by teams with diverse contexts and challenges—was both exciting and humbling.
When customers went live—and confidence followed
Throughout the year, we onboarded and went live with customers across industries and stages of learning maturity—from BFSI and retail to healthcare, IT, automotive, and the public sector.
Some of these journeys were shared publicly. Others worked quietly behind the scenes. Each one strengthened our conviction that we’re solving the right problems in the right way.
When we stepped onto bigger stages
2025 also brought new opportunities to participate in industry conversations firsthand.
From ATD 2025 and People Matters TechHR to leadership forums like the ETHR CHRO Conclave, these weren’t just events we attended—they were platforms where we contributed, shared, and helped shape discussions on the future of learning.
When community turned into momentum
This year, our community grew to over 15,000 followers across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. The number mattered less than how it happened—organically, through shared ideas and honest conversations. It felt less like growth, and more like a collective forming around a common purpose.
When our US focus sharpened
Strengthening our presence in the US was a deliberate priority in 2025. Bringing on experienced advisors such as Steve Goldberg added depth to our thinking and clarity to our direction. The right advisors don’tjust guide strategy—they expand belief.
When the team made it all possible
If 2025 looked strong from the outside, it was because of the people behind the scenes. Our team didn’t just grow—it matured. Thoughtful, driven individuals built systems and experiences that now appear seamless to the world.
Looking ahead
2025 was significant—but it’s already shaping what comes next. As we move deeper into 2026, the focus sharpens: bigger ideas, bolder ambition, and even more disciplined execution.
