ICAN MENA, in partnership with Gazing, is hosting an exclusive Red2Blue leadership experience

in Dubai, designed for senior leaders navigating the realities of pressure, responsibility, and

complex decision-making.

Unlike traditional leadership workshops, Red2Blue is an experience-led session that explores how

leaders perceive and respond to pressure in real time. The session moves beyond frameworks and

theory, offering a practical and reflective space for leaders to better understand their internal

responses under intensity, and how these directly shape their decisions, communication, and

overall leadership effectiveness.

The experience is led by Andrew Hurt, Director of Gazing, whose work focuses on helping leaders

shift from reactive, pressure-driven states (Red) to more grounded, clear, and intentional ways of

operating (Blue). Through guided interaction and reflection, participants are exposed to subtle but

powerful shifts in awareness that can significantly impact how they lead in high-stakes

environments.

The session will bring together a curated group of senior leaders, HR professionals, and wellness

practitioners, creating a space for meaningful exchange across different perspectives on

leadership, performance, and wellbeing. This cross-disciplinary dynamic is intentional, reflecting

the increasing need for organisations to approach leadership not only from a performance lens, but

also from a human and behavioural one.

Taking place at Sohum Wellness Sanctuary on the 14th of May, the evening will begin with

networking, followed by the Red2Blue experience itself. The setting has been chosen to support
