Musanadah Facilities Management has announced the successful graduation of the first cohort of Saudi nationals from the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF)-led azm Program, marking an important step in the company’s commitment to Nationalization and workforce development within the Kingdom’s facilities management sector.
The eight graduates reflect Musanadah’s ongoing focus on building skills and creating career opportunities for Saudi nationals within the industry. The initiative supports broader national goals to strengthen local capability, reduce unemployment and contribute to the objectives of Vision 2030.
Musanadah is one of the inaugural partners of the PIF-led azm Program, launched to help develop Saudi talent and accelerate career pathways in key sectors of the economy. Through the program, participants receive structured technical training, practical experience and on-the-job learning aligned with Musanadah’s operational environment, helping prepare them to enter the workforce with industry-ready-skills.
The program forms an important part of Musanadah’s long-term strategy to develop local talent and create sustainable career pathways for Saudi nationals within the Kingdom’s rapidly expanding facilities management sector.
Ahmed Alhakeem, Musanadah’s HR Director, said the graduation underlines the company’s commitment to national workforce development.
“This graduation is clear evidence of our Nationalization strategy in action. By investing in the training and development of Saudi nationals, we are helping to prepare the next generation of facilities management professionals while contributing to the Kingdom’s broader economic and social development goals. It also reflects our commitment to our slogan, ‘For a Vibrant Society,’ which aligns closely with the core pillars of Vision 2030.”
Nigel Wright, Managing Director of Musanadah, said the graduation of the first cohort was a proud moment for the company.
“We are proud to be an inaugural partner of the azm Program, an important initiative from the Public Investment Fund to support Saudi talent development. Seeing the first group of participants complete the program is a significant milestone for Musanadah and highlights the value of this partnership.
Developing the next generation of Saudi facilities management professionals is essential for the future of the sector. We look forward to continuing our support for the program and building on this success as we strengthen our position as an employer of choice for Saudi talent.”
As part of the program, Musanadah provided participants with structured training, practical industry exposure and ongoing support, ensuring graduates develop the technical knowledge and professional skills required to succeed in the sector.
The organisation’s contribution to the azm Program has also been recognized by PIF, with Musanadah receiving an award for its participation in the initiative.
With a Kingdom-wide service network, Musanadah delivers integrated facilities management services across critical infrastructure, government, commercial, educational, residential, hospitality and retail sectors.
Musanadah has received a number of industry recognitions for its work in Saudi Arabia. It was named Best FM Company in Saudi Arabia at the SBIA Awards in both 2024 and 2025.
