About Me

As the Executive Director of Murdoch University Dubai and Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), I serve as the university’s most senior representative on the ground in Dubai. I lead the academic team, oversee daily operations, and manage strategic external relationships with regulatory bodies including KHDA, CAA, and MOHESR. In this dual role, I ensure alignment between academic excellence and regional engagement, providing counsel to students, resolving operational matters, and supporting institutional growth.

In parallel, I continue to lead the execution of Murdoch’s strategic partnerships across the MENA region, collaborating with teams in Perth, Singapore, and Malaysia to drive global education initiatives. I work closely with the Deputy Vice Chancellor – Global Engagement to develop partnerships that support student recruitment, research collaboration, and executive education.

Beyond Murdoch, I serve as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review, contributing to global discourse on leadership, management, and organizational development through research and strategic input.
