Navid Nazemian is an executive coach and bestselling author specialising in leadership transitions. His work supports executives as they move into new positions, develop their teams and connect their leadership approach with business priorities.

He brings more than two decades of executive experience at country, regional and global levels, across emerging and developed markets. Having lived and worked in five countries across six sectors, he offers an international perspective on the challenges leaders encounter when changing roles and organisational environments.

His coaching experience includes supporting moves from functional management into general management, C-suite appointments, career orientation and the development of high-potential executives.
