About Me

Maddy Scott is a Business Psychologist, ICF Coach and Talent Development professional based in Dubai. With a background in occupational psychology and learning and development, she specialises in helping organisations and individuals navigate transitions, with a particular focus on supporting working parents.

Maddy is the Co-Founder of Together We, a coaching and development company. She supports clients in the design and delivery of leadership and management courses, as well as helping people to think about their careers and overall well-being and resilience. Together We focus on supporting working parents and the organisations that employ them, through 1-1 coaching, group coaching and tailored workshops.

Maddy is passionate about helping to create workplaces where being a present parent and having a fulfilling career can successfully coexist. She’s the co-host of the Work, Baby, Work podcast - exploring people’s return-to-work stories and what we can all learn from them.
