January 1st gets all the credit for fresh starts, but if you're a working parent, you know the truth: September is your real new year. Whether it's a new school year, a new childcare routine, or just the shift that comes as summer's flexibility gives way to shorter days and tighter schedules, September has a way of asking you to reset.

Rather than trying to overhaul your whole life this month, join us for 30 minutes to step back and ask:

What's working? What's not? And where could a small shift make a meaningful difference?

We’ll take a look at where your time and energy are going across the different parts of your life, whether that feels right for you, and what you might want to shift as you head into this next season.

This session will also give you a first taste of Together We Thrive - an upcoming 6-week group coaching program for working parents with children aged 0-5.

Together We Thrive is designed to support working parents as they navigate early parenthood while growing their careers. Through coaching, practical tools and meaningful connection with peers, participants get space to step back from the day-to-day, work out what they want and need, and build confidence in showing up at home, at work and for themselves.

You’ll experience a little of the group coaching approach during this session - and be the first to hear how you can join the next cohort.
