Greetings! I’m a lifelong learner, advocate for change and a body of curiosity, guiding transformation across both natural and corporate landscapes. Whether I’m navigating the depths of a canyon or the dynamics of a boardroom, I energise leaders to laugh, learn and evolve. As a seasoned facilitator, certified coach and designer of immersive corporate learning, I open minds while shaping cultures, systems and leadership capability. I’m the founder of ‘business en motion’ and have called the UAE home for 25 of my 32 years abroad (I often say I simply forgot to return to Australia).

Achievements

• Partnering with an official provider to the FIFA World Cup 2022, where I facilitated the transformation of a management-style culture to a leadership-based team culture, to navigate real and pressing challenges faced by the business to reach the Games’ requirements. A massive team effort and transformative result.

• A creative presentation to a leadership team (one still often spoken of) to understand the wave ready to crash down on the business. I presented the ‘5 business lessons I took from the surf’, in full wetsuit, hosed down and wet, with attendees navigating sand, sun and water to enter the room.
