Aramex, a leading global provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, has been recognised as a Great Place to Work®across four of its key markets - the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and India. The recognition follows an independent employee survey that highlighted strong levels of trust, pride and engagement across the business.
More than 2,100 employees responded to the survey in the UAE alone, with 78% describing Aramex as a great place to work. The survey also found that 85% of employees are proud of what the company accomplishes, 85% felt welcomed when they joined Aramex, 84% are proud to tell others they work for the company, and 89% consider it a physically safe place to work.
The findings reflect Aramex's ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to grow, while reinforcing the company's belief that a strong culture is fundamental to delivering exceptional service for customers.
Chantal Schoombie, Chief HR Officer at Aramex, said: "At Aramex, our people are our greatest competitive advantage, and we believe that a great customer experience starts with a great employee experience. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our people and the culture we've built together. As we continue to grow across our markets, we remain committed to creating a workplace where people feel respected, empowered and supported to do their best work, grow and succeed."
The Great Place to Work® certification is based entirely on employee feedback and recognises organisations that consistently create high-trust, high-performing workplace cultures. The survey measures employee experience across key pillars including trust, pride and camaraderie, providing an independent benchmark of workplace culture.
For Aramex, the recognition reflects its continued investment in developing its people, strengthening leadership, and creating a workplace where employees feel connected to the company's purpose and inspired to contribute to its long-term success.
