UAQ Circular on Work Schedule During Holy Month of Ramadan

In line with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, the emirate’s Emiri Court issued a circular on the official work schedule of employees in local authorities during the Holy Month of Ramadan, starting from 2nd April.

According to the circular, during the Holy Month of Ramadan, the official working days of all local authorities in the emirate will be from Monday to Thursday, and the weekend will be from Friday to Sunday.

Official working hours will be from 9:00 to 14:30, and the implementation of flexible working schedules will be considered from 8:00 to 20:00 and 13:00 to 15:30.

The employees of all local authorities must commit to the aforementioned official work schedule.
