Elena Buriani is a Leadership Expert, HR Strategist, and Co-founder/CPO of LEA Growing People, a global coaching and training organization. 
As a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD) and a Professional 
Certified Coach (PCC, CPCC), she is dedicated to empowering 
organizations, leaders and their teams, transforming challenges into 
growth opportunities.
Drawing on over 25 years of HR experience and her passion for 
adaptive strategies, inspired by her neuro-diverse son, her company 
LEA leads programs in 25+ languages. 
Her mission is to develop high-performing leaders and efficient
teams by fostering DEI&G, psychological safety, and reducing limiting 
beliefs across organizations and families
