General Use

Membership

- Members should have all legal documents to provide their services in the region
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any membership application.
Affiliate Memberships
Affiliate Members are individuals or organizations who join ME HR & Learning. They are responsible for their own profiles which must be accurate and up to date. They may earn rewards or commissions based on successful referrals, product sales or other business activities to be agreed between the affiliate member and ME HR & Learning
Eligibility
- You must be a registered member to become an Affiliate.
- We may decline or revoke affiliate status at our discretion.
Referral Rules
- Affiliates will receive a unique referral link or code.
- Referrals must sign up using the provided link or code for the affiliate to receive credit.
- Commissions are only paid for confirmed and paid memberships.
Payments
- Any agreed commission rates, payment schedule, and thresholds will be provided on the Affiliate Dashboard or communicated separately.
- Payments will be made via the method you choose, provided it's supported by our system.
- You are responsible for reporting any income received from referrals to your local tax authority.
Misuse and Termination
- Misleading promotions, spam, or unethical marketing practices will result in immediate termination of affiliate privileges and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
- We reserve the right to update or end the affiliate program at any time.
Conduct
- You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes.
- Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
Liability
- We aim to provide accurate and helpful information, but we make no guarantees.
- We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or business interruptions resulting from use of the site.
Copyright of Images
- ME HR & Learning is not responisible for the image rights sent to us by the contributor for publishing .
- If an image is later found to be copyrighted or unlicensed, the contributor who provided it will be solely responsible for any financial or legal claims arising from its use. The association, its editors, and affiliates will not be liable for such costs.
- The editorial team reserves the right to remove or replace any image whose source or licence cannot be verified
- All contributors are encouraged to retain records of their image sources and permissions for their own protection
- Proof of Licence or Source. When submitting content, please provide: The source of each image (e.g., stock library, original photograph, etc.), and
- A licence confirmation or proof of permission if the image is not owned by the contributor.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
